Uw recht om de overeenkomst te ontbinden (herroepingsrecht)

U heeft het recht om de overeenkomst zonder opgave van redenen te ontbinden binnen 14 dagen (artikel 6:230o Burgerlijk Wetboek).

De termijn van 14 dagen begint op de dag nadat u, of een door u aangewezen derde die niet de vervoerder is, het product heeft ontvangen. Heeft u in één bestelling meerdere producten besteld die apart worden geleverd, dan begint de termijn op de dag nadat u het laatste product heeft ontvangen. Wordt een product in meerdere zendingen of delen geleverd, dan begint de termijn na ontvangst van de laatste zending of het laatste deel.

Zo ontbindt u de overeenkomst

U kunt uw besluit op drie manieren aan ons laten weten:

Via de knop in onze webshop. Gebruik de functie “Overeenkomst ontbinden” op deze website. U vindt de link onderaan elke pagina onder “Rechtliches” of via Overeenkomst ontbinden. U vult uw naam in, de gegevens van de bestelling en het e-mailadres waarop wij de ontbinding bevestigen. Daarna bevestigt u uw verklaring met de knop “Ontbinding bevestigen”. Wij bevestigen de ontvangst direct per e-mail, met de inhoud van uw verklaring en de datum en het tijdstip van indiening.
Per e-mail aan info@globalbridgepharma.eu, met een duidelijke verklaring dat u de overeenkomst ontbindt. U kunt hiervoor het modelformulier hieronder gebruiken.
Per post aan GlobalBridge Pharma B.V., L.J. Zielstraweg, 9713 GX Groningen, Nederland.

Uw verklaring is op tijd als u deze verstuurt vóórdat de termijn van 14 dagen is verstreken.

Producten terugsturen

Stuur het product uiterlijk 14 dagen nadat u ons heeft laten weten dat u de overeenkomst ontbindt, terug naar het adres dat wij u in onze bevestiging noemen. Het is voldoende dat u het pakket binnen deze termijn verzendt.

De rechtstreekse kosten van het terugsturen zijn voor uw rekening. Wij vragen u het product goed te verpakken, zodat het onbeschadigd bij ons aankomt.

Terugbetaling

Wij betalen het aankoopbedrag, inclusief de standaard verzendkosten, uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen na de dag waarop wij uw verklaring tot ontbinding hebben ontvangen terug. Wij mogen wachten met terugbetalen tot wij de producten hebben terugontvangen, of tot u heeft aangetoond dat u de producten heeft teruggestuurd. Bepalend is wat het eerst gebeurt. De terugbetaling vindt plaats met hetzelfde betaalmiddel dat u voor de bestelling heeft gebruikt. Hiervoor brengen wij u geen kosten in rekening.

Als u een andere dan de door ons aangeboden goedkoopste standaardlevering heeft gekozen, vergoeden wij de extra verzendkosten niet.

Waardevermindering

Als u het product meer heeft gebruikt dan nodig is om de aard, de eigenschappen en de werking vast te stellen, dan bent u aansprakelijk voor de waardevermindering die daardoor is ontstaan.

Wanneer u de overeenkomst niet kunt ontbinden

U kunt de overeenkomst niet ontbinden bij:

Producten die om redenen van gezondheidsbescherming of hygiëne niet geschikt zijn om te worden teruggezonden, en waarvan de verzegeling na de levering is verbroken (artikel 6:230p, onder f, sub 3° Burgerlijk Wetboek). Dit geldt voor onze voedingssupplementen en cosmetische producten zodra het zegel, de beschermfolie of de verzegelde verpakking is geopend.
Producten die snel bederven of een beperkte houdbaarheid hebben.

Let op: wij wijzen u hier vóór uw bestelling uitdrukkelijk op. Uw herroepingsrecht vervalt voor deze producten op het moment dat u de verzegeling verbreekt. Een ongeopend product kunt u wel binnen 14 dagen retourneren.

Your right to withdraw from the contract (right of withdrawal)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days (Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code).

The 14-day period begins on the day after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, have received the product. If you have ordered multiple products in a single order that are delivered separately, the period begins on the day after you received the final product. If a product is delivered in multiple shipments or parts, the period begins after receipt of the final shipment or part.

How to withdraw from the contract

You can notify us of your decision in three ways:

Via the button in our webshop. Use the “Withdraw from contract” function on this website. You can find the link at the bottom of every page under “Legal” or via Withdraw from contract. You enter your name, the order details, and the email address to which we will confirm the withdrawal. Then, you confirm your statement with the “Confirm withdrawal” button. We will confirm receipt immediately by email, including the content of your statement and the date and time of submission.
By email to info@globalbridgepharma.eu, with a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the contract. You may use the model form below for this purpose.
By post to GlobalBridge Pharma B.V., L.J. Zielstraweg, 9713 GX Groningen, The Netherlands.

Your statement is in time if you send it before the 14-day period has expired.

Returning products

Send the product back no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you are withdrawing from the contract to the address we provide in our confirmation. It is sufficient if you ship the package within this period.

The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account. We ask you to pack the product securely so that it reaches us undamaged.

Refund

We will refund the purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days after the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the products, whichever is earliest. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order. We will not charge you any fees for this.

If you have chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, we will not reimburse the additional shipping costs.

Depreciation

If you have used the product more than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, you are liable for any resulting depreciation in value.

When you cannot withdraw from the contract

You cannot withdraw from the contract for:

Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and whose seal has been broken after delivery (Article 6:230p, under f, point 3° of the Dutch Civil Code). This applies to our dietary supplements and cosmetic products as soon as the seal, protective foil, or sealed packaging has been opened.
Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.

Note: We explicitly point this out to you before you place your order. Your right of withdrawal expires for these products the moment you break the seal. You can return an unopened product within 14 days.
